We regeneratively raise pastured poultry, herbs, select vegetables, nursery stock, and have a young multi-species fruit and nut orchard on our 16-acre farm between the Berkshires and the Hudson Valley on the border of New Lebanon and Stephentown, NY. Currently, we raise broiler chickens, a small laying hen flock, and geese on silvopasture between our orchard rows each year. This rotational grazing practice supports soil health, reduces disease and pest pressure on the orchard’s trees, and supports the health and well being of the poultry. We primarily sell direct to consumer at farmers markets, but also welcome bulk whole sale buyers and buying clubs for larger orders.
